Supporting the sustainable retirement of IT equipment

Sectors we serve

We provide an unrivalled asset recycling solution for all market sectors within the UK where sustainability and security are paramount. We can be trusted to deliver a reliable and risk-free service.

Asset Recycling for the Healthcare Sector

The healthcare sector is continually striving to update its IT infrastructure and deal with old or obsolete equipment, but the significance of the data held on this equipment is not lost on us.

We want to provide you with complete peace of mind that the data held on your devices will be securely disposed of, allowing you to focus on building a solid infrastructure for the future.

Asset Recycling for the Education Sector

Ensuring that you provide an undisturbed learning experience for your students is important to us. This is why we offer a short turnaround time on our collection service and a 15 working day guaranteed turnaround on final asset reporting.

We understand that it is not always possible to fit a collection into the schedule of your working day and so we aim to provide an out-of-hours, personal service that works for you.

Simply tell us what time you need us and leave the rest to us.

Asset Recycling for Professional Services

Data breach! Not on your watch! We help professional services organisations keep a close eye on their assets, their data and keep them GDPR and data protection compliant throughout the IT recycling process.

Whether you are in the legal, financial or insurance sector, we can support you with asset disposal and infrastructure relocation which is especially important in order to maintain agile working conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is classed as waste and what is classed as an asset?

Aside from batteries and fluorescent tubes, everything we collect is classed as an asset.

This allows us to maximise the reuse of your equipment without it ever entering the waste hierarchy.

What is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive?

WEEE includes most products that have a plug or need a battery. The WEEE Directive became legislation in 2007 with the aim of reducing the amount of WEEE being disposed of in landfill. Organisations must ensure that their WEEE is retired in line with this.

Does equipment have to be pre packed?

No, we do all the work for you. We come equipped with everything we need for removing and storing your equipment.

Do you impose minimum quantities?

No, we can collect anything from a single mouse to a complete data centre.

How much does it cost?

In many cases we are able to provide a free of charge service. This is possible as equipment can often have residual value that we can use to offset our processing costs and even generate a positive return for our clients.

What should I look for when choosing an ITAD?

Choosing a trustworthy IT asset disposal specialist should not come down to cost alone. Ensure that they have things in place such as certain accreditations, secure facilities, secure drivers and vehicles.
